Who we are. Ben Haldon Limited trading as Hybrid Body Plan, an online fitness coaching business based in the United Kingdom.

What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone); enquiry information you provide on forms (including Facebook/Instagram lead forms), such as your fitness goals, commitment level, budget indication, and challenges; coaching information if you become a client (training history, lifestyle, dietary preferences, measurements, progress data you share); and technical/usage data via cookies.

How we collect it. Directly from you; through advertising platforms such as Meta when you submit a lead form; and automatically via cookies and analytics when you use our website.

How we use it. To respond to your enquiry and follow up with you; to provide and personalise coaching if you become a client; to communicate about your coaching; to improve our website, services and advertising; and to meet legal obligations.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR). Consent (when you submit your details); legitimate interests (running and improving our business); contract (delivering coaching you’ve purchased); and legal obligation.

Who we share it with. We do not sell your data. We share it with trusted providers who help run our business — CRM/funnel tools, our coaching delivery platform, payment processors, and advertising/analytics providers including Meta — who process it on our behalf and keep it secure.

How long we keep it. Only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiries that don’t become clients are kept for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised on request.
